ThreeyearsafterthelossofhisbrotherVittorio,withwhomhesharedhisentirecareer,PaoloTavianireturnstotheworksofLuigiPirandello,whichthepairadaptedin1984(Chaos)and1998(YouLaugh).InkeepingwiththeSicilianplaywright’svision,thefilmisnotatallwhatitappearstobe.Thetitlemaycomefroma1910novella,butthereisnotraceofthatbook’sjealousy-riddledplot.Instead,thefocusisonPirandellohimself,orrather,hisashes,whicharetransportedfromahastyburialsiteinfascistRometoapermanentrestingplaceinSicily,onatrekthattakesusthroughpost-warItalyanditsfilmedmemories,asseeninnewsreels,amateurfilmsandfragmentsofNeorealism.Havingburiedthemaster,Leonoraaddiothenshiftsgearfromroadmovietofilmadaptation,buthereitpicksadifferentPirandellostory,namelythelastone,writtenshortlybeforehisdeathin1936.Fromthefarewellofthetitletoitsreturntothewriter’slastwords,itishardnottoreadthiswork,sofreeandyetsomuchapartoftheTavianiworld,asamovingbrotherlyfarewellwhich,justasin2012’sGoldenBearwinnerCaesarMustDie,onceagainusescinematogivevoicetoliteratureandhistory前面其实还行，挺吸引人的，讲了很多职场女性现实傍边面临的各类问题，个人感受也不算是贩卖焦虑吧，毕竟现实傍边这种例子触目皆是，你看不见不代表没有，讲出来让整个社会有所重视有所改变那才是最主要的！不外到20集摆布我就看不下去了，离谱，尤其那个李美俄，本身不幸，然后去洗脑别人，真的醉了。还有那个律师，真的好油啊……陈娇蕊也是个疯子，本身做什么错事都能找个理由抚慰本身做的是对的，本身没能力带孩子还硬抓着孩子不放，说实话我挺不能接受她后期洗白的，还有他前夫，说他是圣母也不为过吧……越看越气，所以不给本身找不痛快了，弃剧了。三颗星是我最后的倔强……
